• Explore the custom-branded resources available in the Content Gallery below.
• Use the request form linked in each content card to submit your enablement content request (You can use the same form to request different types of content).
  • Please submit a separate form for each unique event's request, however all content requested for the same event should be submitted with a single form, at the same time.
• The Grip Enablement team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm the turnaround time via email. We aim to fulfill requests within 10 business days.
  • For Live Webinars, we’ll send you the next steps in the confirmation email. Please wait to promote the webinar until we confirm the time slot.
• Based on your support license, we can provide resources that are Grip-branded, event-branded, or organization-branded, as a whole. </aside>

Event-branded

Please note that we will use the event details and branding assets uploaded on the Grip Dashboard - Event Display Name, Event Logo, Event Banner, Home Banner and Main Event Color (Hex color).

Organization-branded

For support licenses that include organisation-branded assets, we will reach out to provide assets that can be used across all your events: Logo (150x150 px), Banner (500x160 px), Home Banner (1440x600 px) and Main Event Color (Hex color).

Content Board

** To enhance your promotional efforts, we're transitioning to using mockups and prototypes for all custom-branded content. This approach allows you to start promoting your event earlier, without waiting for the actual event platform configuration to be completed. Our mockups are designed to closely represent the actual platform, providing you with a flexible and effective way to communicate its value and benefits.*

** If we cannot proceed with your request due to missing information or configuration issues, we will reach out via email outlining what’s needed. Please note that if these actions are not acknowledged and completed within 10 business days, the request will be closed and a new form submission will be required for the request.*

** Content amendment requests after initial request has been completed should be submitted as new request, using the standard request form and process. Fulfilling it might take up to 10 working days.*
