If you’d like to host your own live webinar to help participants get familiar with the event platform and enhance their experience, this guide will walk you through how to prepare and tailor your presentation using the Figma mockup template.
To begin, open the provided Figma link in your browser. You do not need a paid Figma account to view or use the file.
Once the file opens:
On the left-hand sidebar, locate the Platform mockups tab. Click to open it.

You’ll see two main groups of mockups:
Each mockup corresponds to a specific feature of the event platform, such as profile setup, agenda navigation, or lead qualifying questions.
You can easily move through the file to explore all available features. There’s no need to use every screen - select the ones most relevant to your platform configuration and audience.

Before presenting, you may need to adjust the mockups to match the actual features available at your event platform and the audience you're targeting. For example, if your event does not include badge scanning, you’ll want to hide that icon from the Mobile homepage mockup.
To do this:
Click on the mockup you want to edit (e.g., Mobile homepage).
In the Layers panel on the left, locate the element you wish to hide (e.g., "Badge Scanner").
Click the eye icon next to the layer name to toggle its visibility off.
