  2. Access to the Grip Dashboard (to prep the platform and record the videos)

  3. A screen recording tool of your choice. (If you have a Mac - shortcut to recording your screen is Shift + Command+5)

There are three main components of making Engagement videos :

  1. Background (where we populate the environment, and setup our demo data)
  2. Recording the videos (by listening to the voiceovers)
  3. Assemble the videos (by adding and trimming the voiceovers to match the instructions)

OVERVIEW TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOOL

At the top of the Template, you’ll see the designated name of the template, make sure you change it to your Brand/Org name!

The important thing to note is that the content of Exhibitor and Attendee Video tutorials are different by one main thing : the existence and use of the Teams feature

Essentially, If you were to make one, or both - best practice would be starting with making the Exhibitor Video tutorial first, and then editing - “hiding” all the Teams section cards, in order to create an Attendee Video tutorial, so you’ll be able to do two videos at once, and exporting two!

Once you’re finished creating all of the recordings and editing, you simply go to the 7th page (which is where Teams section starts - and proceed to “hide page”

Here’s a screenshot to depict the direction on how to hide the page!
